Frontier Wealth Management seeks a Director of Business Development who has a strong track record of proven sales in the financial services industry to work in our Kansas City and Wichita offices. This position is responsible for prospecting, networking and building contacts to develop pipeline relationships and new accounts, as well as recruiting experienced advisors who share the firm’s client-focused philosophy. We seek a professional who has dealt in a high-level capacity of sales with experience managing a long sales cycle, preferably selling business owners and other professionals.

  • Candidate must be a true HUNTER and PROVEN CLOSER.
  • Must have solid sales experience and ability to create new opportunities, and currently be serving in a hunter role in the financial industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in consultative sales required.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, ability to develop an effective sales presentation, and excellent networking and negotiation skills are also requirements.
  • Salaried position with performance-based bonus.
