Client Service Associate (Denver)

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in supporting our Client Service Specialist (CSS) in recruiting and retaining clients.  The position provides vital operational and back office support to wealth advisory clients and directly impacts the client experience at Frontier.

The CSA will need to familiarize his or herself with each client relationship to ensure we remain a boutique firm — a firm that truly knows our clients and is invested in their future. The CSA needs to possess a proactive, problem-solving and attention-to-detail mindset, all while being committed to supporting the company in creating a positive client experience.

Frontier believes in not only striving to serve our external clients, but also our fellow team members. Frontier’s vision is to continuously allow Wealth Advisors ample time for prospecting, onboarding new relationships and deepening existing relationships. To accomplish this, it is imperative that we have a team of qualified individuals who perform their individual roles, while working collaboratively.

The CSA will work directly with the CSS to support a team of five wealth advisors. All wealth advisors in this Frontier office are Certified Financial Planners (CFPs) and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). The CSA is a crucial part of our client experience and will have opportunities to advance his or her role and title within the company over time. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn and wants to be challenged.
