Client Service Associate (Omaha)

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in supporting our Client Service Specialist (CSS) in servicing and retaining clients. The CSS and CSA positions provide vital operational and administrative support to wealth advisory clients and directly impacts the client experience at Frontier. 

CSAs familiarize themselves with each client relationship to ensure we remain a boutique firm — a firm that truly knows our clients. In this role, you will possess a proactive, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail mindset, all while being committed to supporting the company in creating a positive client experience.

Frontier’s vision is to continuously allow Wealth Advisors ample time for prospecting, onboarding new relationships and deepening existing relationships. To accomplish this, it is imperative that we have a team of qualified individuals who perform their individual roles, while working collaboratively. 

The CSA will work directly with the CSS to support a team of three Wealth Advisors and will have opportunities to advance their role and title within the company over time. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn and wants to be challenged. 


  • Perform administrative duties that support Wealth Advisors and staff; including (but not limited to) daily telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings, prepare expense reports, filing and calendar maintenance. 

  • CSA has overall responsibility for the state of the Frontier office. This includes office cleanliness, ordering supplies, submitting work orders, and preparing the office for client visits. 

  • Support the CSS in the management and tracking of all prospective and current client interaction. 

  • Support the onboarding process for all new clients to the firm, including the collection of required documentation and client information. 

  • Assist in distributing quarterly performance reports, letters, and other client communications. 

  • Handle day-to-day tasks with the CSS for all client relationships. 

  • Serve as backup support for CSS. 

  • Follow internal processes, which will ensure client interaction is indistinguishable and uniform across all Frontier offices. 

  • Support the CSS in scheduling client meetings (either phone or in-person). Also, assists in preparing documentation for upcoming client meetings. 

  • Proactively participate in firm-wide initiatives. 

  • Manage any special requests and/or projects on an as-needed basis. 


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum two years’ experience in financial services industry (preferably RIA industry) 

  • Experience working with high-level, sophisticated professionals 

  • Professional demeanor and appearance 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and conduct multiple responsibilities. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) 

  • Demonstrated competence and judgment with confidential client information 

  • Ability to develop rapport with clients 

  • Ability to work with limited supervision: self-motivated and easily adaptable to change 

Bonus Qualifications/Skills:

  • Series 65 licensed 

  • Experience with Charles Schwab/TD Ameritrade Institutional web sites 

  • Familiar with Tamarac portfolio reporting software 

  • Experience with CRM software
