Client Service Specialist – Wichita


The Client Service Specialist (CSS) plays a crucial role in recruiting and retaining Frontier clients, as they provide vital support to their Advisors’ books of business. CSSs must familiarize themselves with each client, which will help validate to the client that they are a part of a boutique firm — a firm that truly knows them and is invested in their future. Frontier’s CSSs must strive to possess a proactive, problem-solving and attention-to-detail work ethic, all while being committed to a positive client experience.

Frontier believes in not only striving to serve our external clients, but also our internal clients: our fellow team members. Frontier’s vision is to continuously allow Advisors ample time for prospecting, bringing in new business and deepening existing relationships. To accomplish this, it is imperative that we have a team of qualified individuals who perform their individual roles, while working collaboratively.

A CSS will support one to three Advisors, depending on the size of the books of business. A CSS’s role includes holding each Advisor accountable and keeping them on track for client tasks, meetings, any required follow-up, emails and phone calls, etc.

The CSS is an intricate part of prospecting, on-boarding clients and continued client service.  


  • Effectively manage and track all prospective client interaction.
  • Ensure the transition and conversion from prospect to client goes smoothly.
  • Maintain structure throughout each Advisor’s book of business.
  • Follow internal systems, which will ensure client interaction is indistinguishable regardless of the Advisor.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks for all client relationships.
  • Schedule, orchestrate and attend all in-person and phone meetings (as Advisor requests).

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum three years’ experience in financial services industry
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to develop rapport with clients
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
    • Excellent communication skills

      Bonus Qualifications/Skills:

      • Series 65 licensed,
      • Charles Schwab experience
      • CRM experience
