Office Administrator (Denver)

Overall Expectations and Service Levels:

The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in the client experience at Frontier, as they are the first point-of-contact. We rely heavily on the Office Administrator to assist with daily administrative tasks and expect this person to be reliable, approachable, and extremely detail-orientated and accurate. It’s critical that the Office Administrator is polite and responsive to all client requests and handles items quickly, efficiently, and immediately.


  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor. The Office Admin’s attitude will greatly affect clients’ experiences with Frontier from day one. The Office Admin needs to be dressed professionally and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.  Clients visiting our offices should be greeted by name.
  • Overall responsibility for the state of the office, including cleanliness, repair, neatness, and preparedness for client visits.
  • Answer calls from the main line and transfer accordingly.
  • Responsible for compiling and managing the supply budget and inventory for the office.
  • Handle and process all mail, UPS packages, and incoming client checks.
  • Responsible for processing client tax returns.
  • Administrative support to Wealth Advisors and Client Service professionals.
  • Acts as point of contact with building/facilities management.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to following through.
  • Manage monthly expense/travel reports for office.
  • Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, as requested.
  • Organize team events and actively contribute to company culture. Including relationship building within the team and communicating office updates to corporate office.


Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse personalities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative, good judgement and ability to work independently
  • Provides support for projects as required
  • Dynamic team player; eager to jump in and help wherever is needed
