Frontier is looking for a Director of Financial Planning.  Comprehensive planning is the cornerstone of the Frontier philosophy, and we believe that offering the correct investment advice requires a comprehensive financial plan.

Primary duties include:

  • Manage and oversee financial planning process for all wealth management clients
  • Use proprietary financial planning software to create plans for clients
  • Interface with risk management team to implement insurance as needed
  • Partner with Advisor team to deliver an exceptional, seamless advice experience with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and accountability for the client’s future
  • Enhance relationships with key clients through needs assessment dialogues. Use exceptional Client Relationship Management skills to uncover clients’ advice needs and position the appropriate solution to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with our team of specialists to develop client strategies that incorporate any advice needs that are relevant and specific to each client.
  • Stay current on financial planning topics including, but not limited to, wealth transfer strategies, complex retirement needs and tax planning

Requirements:

  • CFP designation required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Series 65 licensed
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to coach and effectively  manage change
  • Detail orientated with the ability to organize data and manage the planning process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
