Frontier Wealth Management, a growing multi-location boutique wealth management firm, seeks a Recruiter who has a strong track record and relationships in the financial services industry.  Frontier is a fee-only firm that leverages financial planning as the backbone of our client interface and recommendations.  We offer a very competitive compensation structure for Advisors, as well as the ability for Advisors to focus on their book of business while leveraging support from our team of specialists and operations team.  The position is responsible for:

  • Finding and screening Financial Advisors interested in joining Frontier
  • Articulating Frontier’s story and value proposition to potential advisors
  • Increase brand awareness in the communities we serve to build a funnel of potential advisors and other Frontier employees

Position requirements include:

  • Industry/competitive knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting required
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to develop rapport with target team additions
  • Excellent communication skills are requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate past recruiting success

We will consider a part-time arrangement for this role, as well as a remote office situation.  Salaried position with performance based bonus.
