Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in income tax planning and compliance, small business consulting, estate planning, and investment management. He operated a tax practice focusing on high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses and was also a Tax Manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Denver prior to joining Frontier.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Idaho, and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program.

He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Kelly enjoys cooking with his wife Patti, wilderness recreation, and coaching and playing hockey with his three sons.
